Northeast Days
An invitation is extended to all Daughters of the Nile to celebrate the Northeast's Centennial Gem in London, Ontario, Canada on October 17-20, 2013.
The information package is posted, and we invite you to read, fill in the forms, and participate in this exciting weekend, bringing to life the 100 years of history of Daughters of the Nile. Omar Temple No 111 is pleased to have Princess Karen Krows Cain, the granddaughter of one of our founding members Mabel Krows, who will share memories of her grandmother with us.
We have a full weekend planned for your pleasure – come share in the Nile history and enjoy some good old-fashioned Canadian hospitality. Husbands/Nobles are invited to share this weekend of fun. Please remember to have your current passport with you or if your passport has expired now is the time to start the application process.
Diamond Jubilee

Train Ride

The Membership Public Relations Committee is issuing a challenge to all subordinate temples.
100% TEMPLE REPRESENTATION AT OUR 100th CELEBRATION AT SUPREME SESSION IN JUNE.
Let’s have the Supreme Recorder call the roll of every temple and have every temple answer present. How special that would be!
Last year there were 6 Temples not represented and 4 temples with only one delegate.
Supreme Temples bylaws state: “each Subordinate Temple shall be represented by at least one official delegate etc...” (Article IV, Section 5 (a) page 28)
And further; “each Subordinate Temple shall pay the transportation for the delegate...etc” (Article IV, Section 5 (c) page 29)
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for all of us to participate in this 100th Celebration of Daughters of the Nile.
Don’t you or your Temple be counted out!
